Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Attend the University of Hawai'i at Manoa; Intend to major in Dance; Enroll as a full time student; Be an undergraduate or graduate; Demonstrated potential talent in Dance as a performer or choreographer; Demonstrate financial need.
