Be a resident of the state of Hawaii; Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; Demonstrate financial need; Be a full-time student carrying not less than the equivalent of 12 credits each semester; Attend a college or university in the United States holding a 501(c)3 status; For dependent children of full-time employees of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.
