Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college; Be a full-time student; Demonstrate a substantial connection to Hawaii; Demonstrate good character, including community service, leadership, and civic involvement.; Recipients who were awarded in the immediate.
